Varanasi Tour

Varanasi also known as Benares, Banaras, or Benaras or Kashi or Kasi , is a famous Hindu holy city situated on the banks of the river Ganges  in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world, dating back thousands of years and contemporaneous with the Sumer civilisation. The city is called Kasi in the Rigveda. It is often also referred to as "city of temples and learning". The city has been a cultural and religious center in northern India for thousands of years. Varanasi has its own style of classical Hindustani music, and has produced prominent musicians, philosophers, poets, and writers in Indian history, including Kabir, Munshi Premchand, Jaishankar Prasad, Pandit Ravi Shankar, and Ustad Bismillah Khan.

Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Kashi Vishwanath temple, is one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in the holy city of Varanasi, India. The temple stands on the western bank of Hinduism's holiest river Ganges and the deity is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas the holiest of Shiva deities. The main deity is known by the name Vishwanatha. The temple has been in Hindu mythology for a very long time and a central part of worship in the Shaiva philosophy. The original temple has not yet been found and due to invasions, the temple has been destroyed and rebuit a number of times

The Most Holy Place is a designation used by multiple religious traditions to indicate a physical location which they consider to be the holiest place. These locations include among others a location within the inner Tabernacle of Moses, the Kaaba, the city of Varanasi, India, the Shrine of Bahá'u'lláh, and Harimandir Sahib.

Kashi Mutt

Kashi Mutt  is one of the four Mutts which Goud Saraswat Brahmins follow, the others being Gokarna Mutt  Kavle Mutt (Smarta) and Chitrapur Math. Headquartered in Brahma Ghat, Varanasi, it has followers all over the Konkan belt, prominently in Udupi, Mangalore and parts of Kerala.

Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple is one of the sacred temples of Hindu god Hanuman in the city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The word Sankat Mochan means deliverer from troubles. Sankat Mochan Temple was founded by Tulsidas who was the author of the Tulsi Ramayan, which is the Hindi version of the Hindu epic Ramayan originally written by Valmiki. Tradition promises that regular visitors to the temple will gain special favor of Hanuman.
