Day
01: Arrive Cochin
Upon arrival in Cochin, you will be received &
transferred to the CASINO Hotel at Willington Island.
Check in & later enjoy Harbour cruise in the evening.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Cochin
After breakfast visit the Spice & Fish market. Mid
afternoon introduction to Cooking followed by
Demonstration & hands on experience at cooking various
SEAFOOD Indian Dishes.Visit the Fort Cochin, famous
St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattancherry
Palace, Jewish Synagogue and Bolghatty Palace. Then
walk through the busy spice markets in the Jew town
area. Afternoon is at leisure. In the evening enjoy a
Kathakali dance performance. Overnight at the
hotel.

Day 03:
Cochin to Periyar
After breakfast, you will drive to Periyar that lies
in the shade of Cardamom hills & is a beautiful area
of tranquil winding roads, tea gardens, rubber estates
& spice plantations. Check in at Spice Village. Late
afternoon enjoy boat safari in the lake Periyar in the
National Park. Get back to live demonstration of
Cooking with spices. |
Day 04: Periyar
After breakfast a walking tour
of Spice Village accompanied by Hotel Staff -
Introduction to Spices. You can actually see spices in
its natural habitat. Learn a few simple and easy to
make Kerala Dishes.

Day 05: Periyar to Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom on the banks of Lake Vembanad and hop on to a boat to Coconut Lagoon, an eco-friendly resort created out of Old Keralan Homes called - THARAWAD. Demonstration of "Conquering the Coconut" from plucking, de-husking, breaking, grating & finally using the grated coconut. Sun set cruise on a Rice Boat. Overnight at the hotel. |

Day 06:Kumarakom
After breakfast, take a cruise for a farm visit and if
lucky, watch the locals fishing. Just relax and enjoy the beauty of Vembanad
Lake and beautiful backwaters of Kumarakom. Mid afternoon, live hands on lessons on
preparing few Kerala Seafood dishes. Overnight at the hotel.l. |

Day 07: Kumarakom to Mararikulam
After breakfast boat transfer
across lake Vembanad to Puthenangadi & drive to Marari
Beach. Day at leisure on the beach resort. |

Day 08: Mararikulam to Cochin departure
Its time to bid farewell, drive to airport assist you
with all check-in formalities.
